A. Photovoltaic Array and Racking Inspection

• Panel Condition: Visual evaluation for cracked tempered glass, delamination, backsheet yellowing, or severe hot-spotting. 
• Mechanical Racking & Torque: Verifying mounting rails, roof attachment flashings, end clamps, and mid-clamps are structural, rust-free, and torqued to specification. 
• Critter Guard & Pest Check: Inspecting bird netting or wire mesh to ensure squirrels, roof rats, or pigeons haven't nested beneath the modules or chewed through wiring insulation.

B. Electrical Wiring

• Solar Array & Rooftop DC Wiring Check 
•  Inverter & Energy Storage (Battery) Wiring 
•  Main Electrical Panel (MSP) & Service Interconnection 

C.  Performance & Rapid shutdown Testing

• Rapid Shutdown Switch (RSD): Testing emergency AC/DC disconnects to verify compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) firefighter safety rules.
